Evenimentul începe la ora 11 dimineața în grădina frumoasă a gazdelor noastre, familia Cioran. După un ceai rece pe bază de plante, ne bucurăm de specialitățile și produsele locale până la ora 13:00, veți avea ocazia să savurați multe rețete din bufet. După prânz vom face o excursie pe dealul învecinat cu o vedere frumoasă asupra Munților Făgăraș, parte a Carpaților de Sud.
The event starts at 11 a.m. in the nice garden of our hosts, the Cioran family. After a cold herbal tea we enjoy the local specialties and products until 1 p.m., you will have the opportunity to taste a lot of the recipes from the buffet. After the brunch we will take a hike on the neighbouring hill with a nice view on the Fagaras Mountains, part of the South Carpathians.

Bio-haus Farm is located at 20 km away from Sibiu, in Nucet, a quite village where you can enjoy the silence whole day long. The Biohaus Farm and Pension of the Cioran Family are located at the end of the village, when travelling from Cornatel, to Sacadate, on the left side. The Farm offers a wide range of traditional products, homemade, such as: blueberry jam, zucchini jam, various wild fruits syrups( buck-thorn, raspberries, rose-hip), tomato broth, etc. .
